Cyber Resilience Assessment of UAV swarm under Dynamic Attacks

In practical application, UAV swarm is often affected by abnormal weather, network interference, air defense strike and other disturbance factors, resulting in the decline of swarm performance and mission completion ability. To ensure task execution, the swarm is required to be resilient. Aiming at the problem that UAV swarm is vulnerable to network interference, which leads to performance degradation and topology change, a swarm network dynamic attack transmission model is proposed and its resilience evaluation index is constructed. Secondly, three dynamic attack scenarios are constructed to simulate the transmission process of the attack in the swarm communication link. Finally, a swarm resilience index is improved, which can accurately evaluate the network performance of UAV swarm. Through comparative experiments, the connectivity performance, mission performance and resilience of the swarm network under three dynamic attack scenarios are evaluated. The experimental results show that the swarm model has good stability, recoverability and resilience against dynamic communication attacks.
