This study addresses the technical challenges in detecting mycotoxins in feed by constructing a surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS)-based biosensor platform. Through the design of aptamer/antibody-functionalized gold nanoparticles as capture probes combined with core-shell magnetic nanoprobes as SERS enhancement substrates, high-sensitivity and rapid detection of typical mycotoxins such as fumonisin B1 and aflatoxin B1 was achieved. Experimental results showed that the sensor achieved a detection limit of 0.1 ng/mL, a linear response range covering five orders of magnitude, and detection time reduced to 15 minutes. Specific competitive binding experiments validated the sensor's recognition capability for mycotoxins, demonstrating significantly improved anti-matrix interference performance compared to traditional ELISA methods. In real feed sample testing, spiked recovery rates ranged from 92.3% to 108.6% with a relative standard deviation less than 5.2%, successfully enabling in-situ analysis of masked toxins in complex matrices such as corn protein powder and soybean meal. This method provides an efficient and portable detection tool for feed safety monitoring, holding broad application prospects in grain storage, livestock breeding, and related industries.
