摘要
With the rapid advancement of China's power system toward intelligence and digitalization, there is an increasing demand for online calibration technologies for low-voltage current transformers (CT) under operating conditions. Traditional laboratory-based calibration methods face significant challenges in large-scale distributed applications, complex on-site interference environments, and periodic verification tasks, such as low efficiency, high cost, and limited access to power outage windows. To address these issues, this paper presents a full-range calibration device for low-voltage CTs based on power-frequency adaptive noise reduction technology. The device integrates high signal-to-noise ratio acquisition, adaptive frequency tracking, and background current suppression, enabling uninterrupted, full-range, and automated online calibration of CTs in diverse field conditions. To evaluate the device’s performance in terms of stability, accuracy, and adaptability under various operating conditions, a comprehensive validation plan was designed in accordance with national metrological technical specifications. The results provide a solid foundation for the engineering application and large-scale deployment of the device in the field of power metering.
