Research On The Ajax-enabled Music Theme Crawler System

Ajax technology has been widely used in mainstream music websites, which limits the traditional crawler to fetch data from the music website. In the paper, an Ajax-enabled music theme crawler system was presented. The browser was regarded as a proxy to request Ajax pages and the best-first algorithm was used based on the general features of the music websites in the system. The experimental results showed that the accuracy and recall rate in our solution had been greatly improved compared to the traditional crawler.
