Due to the difficulty for radar network to discriminating phantom track deception released by jamming equipments, a discrimination method based on position deviation is proposed in Earth-Centred, Earth-Fixed (ECEF) coordinate system. Firstly, position error of radar network and its influence on phantom track measurement is explored. We alse give the exact statistical distribution of position deviation in ECEF coordinate system, according to which the phantom track is discriminated by hypothesis testing. Moreover, 2/3 logic is carried out to enhance the reliability of the judgement. Lastly, relationships between correct-dicriminating probability and bias error or radar measurement error are studied through simulation. The results of simulation and prectical test verify the correctness of the analysis.
