The paper designs a home monitoring system by remote mobile medical based on the Internet of things, which is geared to rehabilitation patients outside the hospital and patients with chronic diseases. The system takes the wearable detection technology and Bluetooth low energy (BLE) transmission technology to achieve that the patient’s physiological signals could be detected and collected by low power consumption. The smartphone is taken as the intelligent mobile terminal to achieve physiological data display, transmission, management and exception alerts. The remote monitoring platform built on the community hospital could assist medical staff to analysis, diagnosis and remotely guide the patient by reading the physiological data. As for the incidence of patients, system could rescue on the scene by method of body position detection and location targeting. Then the purpose that reduces the probability of the pathogenesis could be achieved by using this monitoring system.
