Alongwith the development of the Networks on Chip,achieving the low power consumption of bandwidth and delay has become one of the most popular design.In this paper,we presented a Quantum Ant Colony Algorithm (QACA) strategy to solve the problem on Networks on Chip.This QACA algorithm used quantum bit to replace the ant colony pheromone.We made the pheromone update dynamically to reduce the premature convergence of the ant colony algorithm effectively,which is based on the adaptive phase rotation strategy.Experimental results show that the algorithm proposed in this paper is better than the ant colony algorithm at the ability of search capability and the global optimization.
