A dynamic quay crane collaborative scheduling model was established based on rolling type of berth allocation for the problem of quay crane(QC) scheduling in the case of vessels’ dynamic arrival at container terminal. It is extremely difficult to obtain an optimal solution for this type of complex, large-sized problem by using traditional one-dimensional real code. A Partheno-genetic Algorithm based on matrix coding was designed to obtain the optimal solution.
