The impact of human engineering activities on the natural environment is becoming more and more obvious. Engineers, as the core role of engineering activities, should shoulder the environmental ethics responsibility. The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China with Xi Jinping as the core put forward the concept of green development. It requires Chinese engineers to firmly adhere to the environmental protection belief, establish a sense of environmental ethical responsibility for contemporary and future human beings. In order to strengthen the environmental ethics responsibility of Chinese engineers, the environmental ethics responsibility education should be carried out and the standardized management of engineer's behavior should be enhanced in the field of environmental protection.
