With the continuous improvement of the power industry reform, the state of the power grid enterprise cost control is strengthened, reducing enterprise inventory cost is an important way to reduce the total cost of the enterprise. Based on the model of predecessors' construction, this paper introduced the time cost , and considered the service level as the constraint condition, constructed the inventory cost optimization model of the two-level power grid supply chain, and improved the fruit fly optimization algorithm, then took a domestic power company as an example. The results show that the contructed model can reduce the inventory cost of supply chain in power enterprises and reduce the total cost of the enterprises.
