2017 2nd IEEE International Conference on Opto-Electronic Information Processing (ICOIP 2017) will be held during July 7-9, 2017, in Singapore. ICOIP aims to be the leading international conferences for presenting novel and fundamental advancements in the fields of Opto-Electronic Information Processing. Its mission is to foster communication among researchers and practitioners working in a wide variety of scientific areas with a common interest in improving Opto-Electronic Information Processing related techniques. ICOIP 2017 will feature keynote speakers as well as peer-reviewed paper presentations. The conference is completely open (one needs to register first), you will not have to be an author or a discussant to attend. Submissions will be peer reviewed and evaluated by 2-3 reviewers, based on originality, relevance to conference, contributions, and presentation. All accepted papers after proper registration and presentation, will be published in the ICOIP 2017 conference Proceedings, and reviewed by IEEE Xplore, and indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus.
