In recent years, many countries especially developing countries are experiencing a tough transition period. In the mean time, rapid changes in regulations and market conditions in developed countries and recent development in many developing countries have generated new challenges in management which require innovative solutions. Such opportunities and challenges have significantly expanded the scopes of traditional research in transformations and innovations in Management.
The 2017 International Conference on Transformations and Innovations in Management (ICTIM) will be held in Shanghai, China, from September 9 to 10, 2017. The conference is jointly organized by SHU-UTS SILC Business School, Shanghai University and UTS Business School, University of Technology, Sydney. ICTIM is a two-day event, featuring invited talks, parallel sessions, roundtable and social activities. It aims to bring together leading professors, researchers, practitioners, and doctoral students from all over the world, for presentation and discussion of the latest trends in transformations and innovations in management particularly in developing countries.
All submitted papers will go through blind review process for acceptance. All accepted full papers will be published by Atlantis Press and be indexed by CPCI-SSH (ISTP). Selected papers will be published in a special issue of the journal Transformations in Business & Economics (SSCI-indexed journal) in March 2018. We will also recommend other high quality papers to several international journals for consideration for publication. All papers should be written in English.
The central theme is Transformations and Innovations in Management, and all papers, both theoretical and empirical, are welcome. The covered fields may include but not limited to:
