The Graphic Era Educational Society, founded by Prof (Dr) Kamal Ghanshala, is a non- profit organisation that mobilises world class education and generates resources for providing and supporting quality education for all. Established in the year 1996, the society recognises the right of every individual to lead a life of dignity and self respect in a just and equitable manner. The Graphic Era Educational Society encompasses two universities, Graphic Era University and Graphic Era Hill University, spread across 3 vibrant campuses nestled in the midst of nature situated in Dehradun and Bhimtal offering the perfect ambiance for the pursuit of academic as well as extra- curricular and co-curricular activities; encouraging aspiring young professionals to explore beyond the realms of the classroom. GEHU currently offering 29 undergraduate courses, 15 postgraduate and 15 doctoral programs across disciplines like Engineering and Technology, Management, Computer Application, Allied Sciences, Humanities, Media & Mass Communication Commerce, Fine Arts, Law & Animation, Animation and Gaming, Fashion Design. University has almost 5000 strong students, over 190 dedicated faculties and around 150 Staff members to support the academic and non-academic activities.
