The Fourth Symposium on Brainnetome Meets Genome (4th SBMG) will be held on October 16-17, 2017, in Beijing, China. It will be jointly organized by Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), Queensland Brain Institute, University of Queensland, and China Chapter of the Organization of Human Brain Mapping. The aim of this series of symposium is to bring together experts in neuroimaging, network neuroscience, experimental neuroscience and neurotechniques with a special interest in understanding the relationships between brain networks, brain functions and malfunctions, and their genetic basis. The preceding symposiums were successfully held in Brisbane, Australia (2012), Beijing (2013) and Haikou, China (2016), respectively.
The 4th SBMG has invited about 20 speakers to present cutting-edge results in above mentioned areas, introduce promising new tools and techniques, and discuss synergizing the study of brain networks with genomic research. The participants are encouraging to submit abstracts for considering oral or poster presentations. Some excellent abstracts will be considered selected as short oral presentation.
