LAEDC is a conference sponsored by the IEEE Electron Device society (EDS). Its main goal is to bring together specialists from all Electron Device related fields. The third LAEDC edition will take place virtually. The conference will be geared for students as well as young researchers. This edition will be held virtually. The authors must send their video presentations before the event, but they are required to be online at the scheduled time to check or clarify the presentation and answer questions.
