Space-air-ground computing, as an integration of satellite systems, aerial networks, terrestrial communications, and Cloud computing has been becoming an emerging computing architecture and attracted intensive research interest.
With the global connectivity services/applications needs to be accommodated, such as ubiquitous communication, smart transportation, smart city, maritime surveillance, and disaster rescue, the terrestrial networks and computing alone cannot meet the needs in an effective and efficient manner.
Hence, the IEEE International Conference on Space-Air-Ground Computing aims to become a prime international forum for both researchers and industry practitioners to exchange the latest fundamental advances in state of the art and practice of space-air-ground computing in the field of Computer Science and Electronic Engineers.

The conference invites original papers addressing all aspects related to space-air-ground computing architecture, technology and applications. Technical topics of interest include but are not limited to the following:
Reviewing will be double-blind. Authors must make a good faith effort to anonymize their submissions, and they should not identify themselves either explicitly or by implication (e.g., through the references or acknowledgments). Submissions violating the detailed formatting and anonymization rules will not be considered for review.
Submitted Full Papers must be no longer than 6 pages with IEEE Standard template. IEEE Standard template for Latex and Word can be found at:
https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html
In order to avoid the inconsistency of the page format of later articles, and to better judge the number of pages of each article, it is recommended to specify the author to use letter or A4 size template.
Accepted papers will be allowed 2 additional pages in the proceedings.
We also welcome Short Papers on any of the above topics, which will be judged separately from papers in the research track of the conference. Submitted short papers must be no longer than 2 pages. Accepted papers will not be allowed additional pages in the proceedings.
Accepted papers will be published into conference proceedings by IEEE, the proceedings will be submitted and reviewed by the IEEE Xplore, Ei Compendex after the conference.
Papers not meeting these criteria will be rejected without review, and no deadline extensions will be granted for reformatting.
