Scope:• Silchar (the venue of the conference) is located in the southern most part of Assam, India and it is a remote location of the north eastern region of India. There is hardly any IT industry in this region which is a hurdle for the research community for exploring the opportunities in regard to knowledge exchange and dissemination. Being a remote location, the comparative number of conferences organized is also limited. This very reason also encouraged us to organize this conference for connecting with global experts in the field and promoting the researches by providing a platform where they can showcase their works/innovations/ideas. • The conference is geared towards new generation computing encompassing the fields like Quantum Computing, Edge Computing, Explainable Artificial Intelligence (XAI), Evolutionary Computing to name a few.
