The XXIII International Conference on Organic Synthesis (23-ICOS) will be held in Shanghai on October 15 to October 20, 2023.  Academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Professor Dawei Ma of Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry, CAS, will be the conference chair. 23-ICOS will be organized by Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry, CAS.

    The conference venue will be Zhangjiang Science Hall. ICOS, initiated in 1976 as a biennial event by IUPAC for the exhibition of frontiers in organic synthesis, has brought together thoughts and wisdom for the advances of organic chemistry all over the world. The Conference comes to China for the first time in 2020. 23-ICOS is promised to provide an excellent platform for world-leading scientists to present and discuss the latest advances in total synthesis, catalysis, methodology development, pharmaceutical and industrial chemistry. Around 1,000 delegates will be expected to attend this special event.
