一、会议简介

① 会议采用在线方式进行投稿

② 每篇被录用的论文必须注册，方可发表

③ 由于参会人数较多，请各参会者提前完成注册，以免延误参会时间。

④ 投稿须知：

论文应具有学术或实用价值，未在国内外学术期刊或会议发表过。

作者可通过CrossCheck, Turnitin或其他查询体统自费查重，否则由文章重复率引起的被拒搞将由作者自行承担责任。涉嫌抄袭的论文将不被出版，且公布在会议主页。

五、参会方式及注册（注：所有参会人员可申请口头演讲以及海报展示，可开具中英文证明）

①作者参会：提交全文，一篇文章允许一名作者免费参会；

②口头演讲：提交摘要申请口头报告，时间为15分钟；

③海报展示：提交摘要申请海报展示；

④听众参会：无须投稿；
