Important note

1. Due to limited hotel rooms, Only room reservations that have completed payment are considered successful bookings. 

2. Booking information inquiry: My Dashboard→ My orders→find order

3. Please read the relevant information carefully before making a reservation. To ensure accurate booking:

1）Please do not submit duplicate reservation orders to avoid leaving too many rooms and causing losses;

2）The check-in and check-out dates are accurate and correct;

3）After successful submission, there will be an email notification, or you can log in to the My Dashboard → My Orders → View hotel reservation information.

The Room fee Payment Method:

1)  payment modes: international credit card, remittance transfer, NOTE: you need to bear the commission charge by yourself.

2) If you choose remittance transfer, Please indicate "icit 2025+order number" by means of remittance. After remittance, please prepare the electronic version of remittance voucher, and "upload voucher" on the conference website, so that the financial personnel can understand your payment situation timely and accurately.
