On behalf of organizing committee, we are delighted to announce that the 2013 International Environmental Engineering Conference and Annual Meeting of the Korean Society of Environmental Engineers(IEEC 2013) will be held on June 11-13, 2013 in Seoul, South Korea. The first international conference was held in Busan, 2011, which was successful with over 200 paper presentations. In 2013, the Korean Society of Environmental Engineers would like to host another milestone event under the theme of “Convergence Technology”. Environmental science and engineering research activities associated with water, air, and soil are currently growing more than ever. Particularly, with most recent concerns on climate change and global environmental issues, we should provide solutions for sustainable growth of our global society. Thus, the focus of IEEC 2013 is to dissipate and share technological convergence in environmental science and engineering with scientists, engineers, and policy makers around the world. The conference will include plenary lectures, oral presentations, and poster sessions as well as exhibitions.
