This conference will cover the most recent and timely research in all aspects of FGF biology and will foster interdisciplinary interactions between scientists and clinicians working in academia and industry. Topics to be covered: this meeting will highlight the roles of FGFs in metabolism regulation and tissue regeneration. A significant part of the meeting will also be dedicated to the biochemistry of the FGF signaling complex as well as the role of FGFs in organogenesis and pathology. In addition to presentations by invited speakers, abstracts will be selected for shorter oral presentation for each session. Applications will be accepted from established investigators, junior PIs, postdocs and graduate students. A satellite GRS meeting for postdocs and graduate students prior to the main GRC meeting is also proposed.
