The International Conference of Institutional Research in Taiwan (ICIRT) is the first international gathering of higher-education professionals in Asia working in institutional research (IR), assessment, planning and issues related to postsecondary education. The theme of the conference is “Linking Research, Policy and Practice” and aims to support data use for policy decision-making to enhance institutional effectiveness.
