由哈尔滨工业大学及焊接国家焊接重点实验室作为会议发起与主办单位的“第八届材料物理模拟与数值模拟国际学术会议”将于2016年10月14-17日在美国美丽的海滨与高科技城市西雅图召开。这是集中反映世界各国在材料及热加工物理模拟与数值模拟领域最新研究成果的品牌系列会议,每三年举行一次。历届会议都吸引了我校材料学院、航天学院、机械学院、化工学院以及建筑学院师生的极大关注和踊跃参加,也为提高我校知名度起到促进作用。
