Optics Frontier—The 9th International Conference on Information Optics and Photonics (CIOP 2017) will take place from July 17 (registration) to July 20, 2017 in Harbin. Co-hosted by Chinese Laser Press, Harbin Institute of Technology and Harbin Engineering University, CIOP2017 is expected to attract over 800 participants from all over the world, including more than 150 invited speakers. All researchers from universities, research institutes, and hi-tech enterprises are welcome to submit high quality papers.
